How long is the call?
45 minutes. Camera on, both of us.
Is this a sales call?
It is a diagnostic. I will tell you what I see, and I will tell you whether I can help. If I can, I will explain what working together looks like and what it costs. If I cannot, I will tell you that and point you somewhere better.
What does mentorship cost?
Discussed on the call, after I understand your situation. It is a serious investment. Men who have to be talked into it do not finish.
Do I need to be Catholic?
No. You need to be willing to pray daily and take the sacraments seriously if you are Catholic, or to take the interior life seriously if you are still working out where you stand. Men who want the physical discipline with the faith removed are better served elsewhere.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. I have coached men from zero. I am a qualified personal trainer. You need to be willing to train four to five days a week from week one.
What if I have a serious addiction?
Say it on the call. I have worked with men through pornography and alcohol. I am not a therapist or a priest, and for some men the right answer is professional help alongside this work, or before it. I will tell you honestly which one you are.
How long do men work with you?
Six to twelve months. Habits hold at around ninety days. Character takes longer.
What happens week to week?
A weekly call. A written plan covering training, prayer, sleep, and work. Daily accountability. Reading assigned and discussed. Corrections made in real time.
Is this the same as The Legion?
The Legion is a brotherhood with a weekly group call and ongoing community. This is one-on-one, built to your life, with direct access to me. Some men do both.
I am 19 and have no money.
Join The Legion. Do the free work first. Rosary daily, cold showers Monday to Saturday, fasting Friday, training five days. Come back when those have held for six months and you have hit the ceiling of what you can do alone.
