If you are a Christian man who knows exactly who you are called to be, and still cannot close the gap, this is the most important page you will read this year. Read every word.
The FORGED VIRTUE Protocol
A 3 to 6-month 1:1 mentorship for men ready to close the gap between who they are and who they're called to be: disciplined in prayer, values aligned with their decisions, strong and energetic in body. No more downward spirals or white-knuckling it alone.
30 minutes. No pressure. No pitch.
The Guide
I Am Not Here to Inspire You
I know the drift. The shame loop. The discipline that looks like discipline but is only willpower applied to the wrong things.
My name is Tomas Mones-Cazon. I have been building this system for over three years and running 1:1 mentorship for over a year. Married at 23, with our first son now. Theology degree. 210-kilogram deadlift. 20 kilograms gained in a year. An interior life built in real conditions: farm work, young child, a full schedule, extra commitments. Not a monk or influencer with infinite time.
I am not the hero of this story. You are. I am the man who went before you and came back to show you the road.
But it wasn't always like this.
Before
After
The proof is the practice. 20kg gained. The same discipline that built the body built the interior life.
I was a skeleton going through the motions. I had read the right books. I prayed, five minutes of going through the motions, and concluded prayer was not for me. I looked, from the outside, like a man trying.
But after work, on a random weeknight, when the structure collapsed and there was nothing but restlessness, I found out exactly who I was. No spiritual father. No blueprint. No man ahead of me on the road. I had no intention behind the majority of my actions.
Then I found them. A priest. A group of men who were faithful, fit, and convicted. I was inspired because I now had concrete examples of what virtue looked like.
Over the following five years, it all compounded. I married at 23. I built to a 210-kilogram deadlift. I gained 20 kilograms of muscle. More importantly: I built an interior life that held under real pressure. I stopped managing temptation and started becoming a man who did not need to manage it, because the identity underneath had changed. I grew in virtue and in the interior life.
Married at 23. The fruit of an interior life that held under pressure.
Now I help Christian men do the same. In 6 months. With a system, with accountability, and with a guide who remembers exactly what it feels like to be where they are.
The Villain
The Enemy Has a Name
The enemy is not your weakness. It is isolation, combined with a world engineered to keep you exactly where you are.
The external problem: You are trying to build discipline, purity, and spiritual depth in an environment designed to destroy all three. The people around you are not calling you higher. Not because they do not care. Because nobody showed them how.
The internal problem: The drift. The habitual sin. The quiet failure of another week that looked busy and achieved nothing that mattered. Warmth in your friendships, but no direction, and in the absence of direction, it pulls you down.
The philosophical injustice: You were made for more than this. Nobody named that calling for you. Nobody spiritually fathered you. That is not your fault. It is your responsibility.
They are not weak. They are isolated. Isolation is the mechanism the enemy uses. Brotherhood is the mechanism God designed.
The Cost
The Cost of Another Year Like the Last One
Let me show you what the next 12 months look like if you go back to what you have been doing.
The drowning of the noise in seeking comfort of the world again because the underlying identity has not changed, only the surface behaviour. Sunday morning. Same pew. The gap between who you are and who you are supposed to be is sitting in your chest like a weight. The same weight it was last year. The year before.
"You are scrabbling like a man in a well trying to find a handhold."
Journaling in the morning. Going to the gym. Reading the right things. Doing all of it with no proof it is going to matter. The mechanism is the same, just cleaner noise filling the same gaps.
Your wife sees a man who is trying. She loves him. She does not yet fully trust him with the weight of the decisions that actually matter. Because he has not proved himself to himself, and she can feel that.
The man your sons will model themselves on is being built right now. Not by your intentions. By your choices today, at 7pm on a Tuesday when nobody is watching.
What this looks like
Men who closed the gap.
Example 1 — Tyrone (Video testimonial)
No consistent routine, no prayer habit going in.
Built a daily prayer practice and reports growth "all around."
Locked in consistent sleep/wake times — can't sleep past 6:30am anymore, feels like he's lost the day if he does.
Turned nutrition and training into trackable daily habits instead of vague intentions.
Example 2 — Alex (Video testimonial)
Battled lust alone for years before reaching out for real accountability.
Built a prayer life that went from five minutes in the car to a full hour with the Lord.
Learned to set boundaries in advance instead of making decisions in the moment.
Moved from relying on motivation to relying on a blueprint of non negotiables.
Example 3 — Blake (Text testimonial)
Had never combined a spiritual and physical challenge before.
Couldn't find a programme that integrated both.
Found a plan that fit prayer and training into his actual schedule.
Both disciplines built simultaneously, not bolted together.
The Mechanism
Why Everything Else Has Not Worked
You have tried the discipline. The prayer. The gym. The podcasts. And you are largely the same man. Here is why. Every one of those approaches attacks the symptom. The root is threefold, and no single-track programme touches all three.
01
Root, No integrated system
Body and soul are not separate problems. The man who trains without praying and the man who prays without training both plateau. The saints did not separate the fight.
02
Root, No accountability structure
You are relying on willpower. Willpower runs out. Every time. The man who transforms is not the man with the most willpower. He is the man with a system that does not require it.
03
Root, No guide
You are building a spiritual life with no blueprint and no one watching. The tradition is explicit: find the man slightly ahead of you on the road. He does not have to be a saint. He has to remember what this felt like.
This is why I built The Forged System. Not a workout with a devotional bolted on. A single integrated system that attacks all three roots simultaneously: body, soul, and brotherhood, across 6 months.
The Vision
The Man on the Other Side
It is a Sunday morning. You have already prayed. You were up before 6.
Not because an alarm forced you. Because the morning is yours now and you do not want to give it away.
Your posture is different. You stand taller. You are confident. Convicted. You have integrity with yourself. You said you would do something and you did. You said you would be someone, and you are.
Your friends notice. Your spouse, if you have one, notices. Your parents notice.
Your wife notices. She says less and trusts more. She feels the weight of decisions being carried differently.
"He knows what he is for. He gets up and he does it."
This is not a vision for someone else. This is the man you already know you are supposed to be. Six months from now.
Serving the youth at Antioch Diocesan Camp, 2025. The fruit of the man you become.

What the Men Who Showed Up Report
Tyrone
"Lost six kilos over the month. I can't sleep past 6:30 now, otherwise I feel like I've lost the whole day. I've built a habit of prayer and I feel like my prayer has gotten better. Growth all around."
Before
no consistent routine, no prayer habit
After
6kg lost, waking before 6:30am naturally, established daily prayer
Blake
"I've never done a spiritual and physical challenge. Not many people see that at all. I've been trying to find a plan to actually fit both prayer and going to the gym."
Before
could not find an integrated programme
After
both disciplines built simultaneously, training structured around individual schedule
Mattias
"I was in that comfortable mindset, I don't really need this. I prayed on it, put it off. But what really came to it was just being a man and making that decision."
"The physical and spiritual integration, I don't think you get that in many places. The mentorship and the guidance at that point in my life was fantastic."
Before
comfort and inertia
After
physical gains, spiritual integration, private mentorship on specific issues
Caleb
"I definitely feel like I'm building more discipline... and like, I guess becoming a little bit more of a man in that like, yeah, I'm doing all these cold showers. Even today, I was like, man, I really don't want to get a cold shower. But I was like, well, who am I? Am I somebody who just does whatever I want? Or am I gonna take my flesh into captivity to obey Christ?"
Before
lacking discipline, flesh-driven choices
After
building discipline, taking flesh captive to obey Christ
Matt
"I think I'm coming to realise it's really about getting up and really crucifying the flesh in the morning. That's why I've made such a habit of going to the gym, pumping it out, and the cold showers. Your flesh hurts for a bit, but you feel on top of the world after, and it's helped so much with the lust. I think it's just the consistency and structure to it all. It's actually been really good for the first week."
Before
struggling with lust, no morning structure
After
gym and cold shower habit, structure helping with lust
Caleb
"I was on my phone a lot less in general... I went to the gym three days in the week... I am actually getting a lot more sleep getting off earlier."
"It's not just a vague idea of what you want to do. It's — you've thought about it, wrote it down. This is exactly what I'm aiming for."
Before
phone addiction, vague goals, no gym routine
After
less screen time, gym 3x/week, written goals, more sleep
Asher
"I'm really over the moon that I've done this two weeks in a row – like meal prep. It's so awesome. And I've actually low-key told a few people, as an overflow of how much I've enjoyed it. And I've got so much more time at lunchtimes. There's all these different parts of me working together right now – my willpower trying to nail this better life that we've both agreed on, that can be done by fixing habits. That's what I'm here for."
Before
no meal prep habit, lunchtimes wasted
After
meal prep for 2 weeks straight, more lunchtime time, habits aligning
Alex
"I've been able to finally put myself onto a path where I am guaranteed to get through this. If you're allowing all this time for the Lord and practicing all these disciplines, it's the whole compound thing. I'm pretty much just destined to keep on improving if I'm practicing just being in control. I can only see the fruits of it."

The Plan
How It Works, Three Steps
1
Apply and Book A Call With Me
A short application, then a 30-minute call to establish where you are and whether this programme is right for you. If it is not, I will tell you.
2
Enter the System
Habit tracker built. Training programme loaded. Discord access live. First 1:1 call scheduled. From day one you are in a structured environment built around your actual life.
3
Become the Man
Six months of daily accountability, weekly formation, brotherhood, and integrated physical and spiritual discipline. The gap closes.
The Guarantee
The Man of God Action-Taker Guarantee
Complete 6 months of this programme, fill in your habit tracker daily, attend your weekly 1:1 calls, send your daily accountability messages, and do not experience measurable transformation in your physical discipline, spiritual life, and interior order, and I will continue working with you for three additional months of 1:1 coaching at zero cost.
I can offer this because in three-plus years of running this programme I have not seen a man who showed up fully and got nothing. The ones who do not change are the ones who do not show up. Those men do not qualify.
Your risk: zero, if you do the work.
Qualification
Is This For You?
This Is For You If
You are a Christian man who knows the gap is real and is done making peace with it.
You are tired of white-knuckling purity, discipline, and prayer alone, and ready for a system that does not rely on your willpower holding.
You have read Peterson, listened to the podcasts, tried the habits, and you are still the same man, because information was never the missing piece.
You are willing to show up every day. Not perfectly. Consistently. The tracker, the calls, the messages.
You want a man slightly ahead of you on the road who remembers exactly what it felt like to be where you are.
This Is Not For You If
You are looking for information. If accountability is not something you want, do not apply.
You want a comfortable experience. The Forged System will require daily commitment. If you are not prepared to be held accountable, do not apply.
You are currently in active addiction or crisis that requires clinical support, this is formation, not therapy.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
I have tried discipline programmes before and they never stick.
Because every other programme left you relying on willpower once the accountability disappeared. The Forged System is a live environment of daily accountability across 6 months, not a 30-day sprint. Works even if you have failed a hundred times before, because failure built on willpower and failure inside the right structure are completely different experiments.
I don't have much time.
This was designed for men with real lives, not monks. The daily practice is 20 minutes. The weekly call is 30 minutes. The tracking is two minutes at the end of each day. You do not figure out what to do. You follow the system. Works even if your schedule is brutal.
I'm not sure I'm struggling badly enough to need this.
"Okay" is the most dangerous place a man can be. The man who is bad enough to know he needs help, seeks it. The man who is "doing okay" stays in the continent phase for years, cleaner noise in the same gaps. The standard is not okay. The standard is the man your sons will model themselves on.
What if I'm not in your timezone?
Every man I currently work with is in a different timezone. The 1:1 calls schedule around your availability. The messaging is asynchronous. Geography is not a barrier.
What happens on the strategy call?
The call is 30 minutes. We establish where you are, what the root issues are, and whether this programme is the right fit. No pressure. No pitch.
The Close
Here Is Where We Are
Brotherhood is the mechanism God designed. This is what the road looks like.
You came to this page because the gap is real. You know who you are supposed to be. You know the distance between that man and you.
You have tried closing it alone. You have tried willpower, information, new starts. None of it touched the root. The root is the environment you are in, the accountability structure you have, and whether there is a man ahead of you on the road.
If you act now: you begin in the next 48 hours. Six months from now your prayer is real. Your physical discipline is built into your identity. You no longer seek comfort and validation from the world. The loop is broken.
If you delay: the gap sits in your chest at Sunday Mass again. Every day without a system and without accountability is a vote for the man you are currently becoming.
Every man I have worked with said he was not sure the timing was right. Every one of them told me later that the timing was never going to be right. You make it right.
Spots are limited per cohort. I will not take on more men than I can serve at the standard this work requires.
P.S. Six months from now, a version of you exists that wakes before the sun, prays with actual contact, and who walks with conviction and confidence because his interior life is settled. That man is not a fantasy. He is the result of a specific system, applied consistently, inside the right accountability structure. If you do not book the call today, his existence depends on you finding another path to him. You already know how well doing it alone has worked. Spots for this cohort are limited. The call takes 30 minutes. Book it now.
P.P.S. The man your future sons will model themselves on is being built by your choices today, not by your intentions about tomorrow.
